The User Control module gives methods and tools to store, classify, manage, and maintain users data and relations by using system features.

Authorization

Connect LDAP or Active Directory server to your instance to use the global authorization data such as usernames, passwords.

Integrate third-party Single-Sign-On authentication into your instance. Users will be able to use their profiles in other services to log in to the instance.

User Management

The list of users is used to store detailed information about users including personal data, account, and login settings required for authentication. It allows setting up relations with other users, groups of users.

The list of groups contains all groups that are used to unite users by a common purpose or to classify them by specific attribute sets. Groups help apply actions performed on them automatically to all group members.

Delegation

The delegation is the ability to give other users the access to view and interact with tasks and approvals assigned to other user, and to receive copies of all their notifications.

User Impersonation

Impersonate other authenticated users for testing purposes. As an impersonator, you have the access to exactly what the other user can access in the system.
