You can create partner companies to connect them to the leads, opportunities and contacts of representatives from these companies. By default, only active partners are displayed in the list interface.

Access to partners


The creation is allowed to all roles from the table below. The deletion is prohibited. Deactivate the irrelevant partner records.

  • Partners of the sales direction to which the user belongs.
  • Partners, where the user is the account manager, or the responsible, or the Manager of the specified employee in one of these fields.

  • Partners of the sales direction, to which the user belongs.
  • Partners where the user is an account manager or the Manager of the account manager.

Create a partner


To create a partner company, complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Sales → Partners.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes. 

Partner form fields

NameYAdd the title of the company. The name must be unique for the sales direction.
Main contactNSpecify the main contact in this company.
Account managerNSpecify the employee, who is the account manager of the partner.
DocumentsNSpecify a link to the document folder for the company.
Parent companyNSpecify a parent company of the current one.
DescriptionNAdd a description of the company.
Relationship typeNThe type of relationships with the company. The field is filled in with the Partner option.
Sales directionYSpecify the partner sales direction.
TINYSpecify the company's TIN. The value must contain 9, 10 or 12 digits. The TIN must be unique for the sales direction.
Decision makerNSpecify the contact of the decision maker in the company.
Sales representativeNSpecify the contact of the sales representative.
Pre-saleNSpecify the contact of the pre-sale specialist.
Location tab
Location (city)NSpecify the company's location. You can search by the name of the city.
CountryNThe country where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
Zip/Postal codeNZip/Postal code of the company. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
State/Province/RegionNThe region where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
CityNThe city where the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
StreetNThe street where the office of the company is located. The field is filled in automatically when you specify the Location (city).
Contacts tab
PhoneNThe contact phone of the partner.
EmailNThe contact email of the partner.
Product page linkYThe partner company website. The link must be unique for the sales direction.

The form contains the Activity Feed widget. Only users with the crm_marketeercrm_admincrm_salescrm_manager roles can leave comments there.

The record contains the following related lists:

Open CRM → Sales → Partners to see existing partners. Open the Partner form to interact with the record. Click Activate / Deactivate to change the value of the Active parameter for the partner. Inactive partners are hidden from the default list interface, and they cannot be added to a marketing list. The action is only available for the crm_manager.
