In SimpleOne, schedules are used to determine working hours, This functionality is in demand in a variety of other processes, for example, SLA indicators.
Managing schedules
To create a new schedule, please complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the System Scheduler → Schedules;
- Click New, fill in the form, and then click Save.

Name | The schedule name. |
Description | Description of the schedule in a concise manner. |
Parent | Specify the schedule to be a parent for newly created. |
After you have created a new schedule, you need to add the schedule elements. For this, click the New button placed on the sys_schedule_element related listю

Schedule | The schedule containing the current element. |
Type | The element type:
The schedule with the Excluded type does not participate in the SLA calculation, as opposed to the other types. The Excluded type is designed to separate the off hours. |
Started at | Element start time, |
Finished at | Element end time. |
Repeat at | The element will be repeated:
Or it will be not repeated. |
Repeat until on | The date and time before which the element must be repeated. |
