My Work is a menu category in the Navigation Menu created for ITSM agents and agent interface users to have quick access to lists of absences and tasks and absences, created by them or assigned to them. These items are links to list represetation of tables with predefined filter conditions.

In SimpleOne, My Work has  category by default have the following items and looks like this:Image Removed

A list view containing records from the ITSM Tasks table

which is a parent to the following tables: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Task. The following filters are used for the records:
  • State is not one of Closed, Completed – all records where the State field is anything except Closed and Completed.
  • , which includes data from the ITSM Task table and its child tables.

    The list contains only uncompleted tasks assigned to the current user, i.e., the State field is not Completed or Closed, and

    Assigned User is (dynamic) Me – all records where

    the Assigned User field contains the ID of the current user. 

    Created at descending – records

    Records are sorted by the time of creation

    Tasks Assigned to My Groups

    Tasks Assigned to My Groups is a

    of the list.

    A list view containing records from the ITSM Tasks table

    which is a parent to the following tables: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Task. The following filters are used for the records:
  • State is not one of Closed, Completed – all records where the State field is anything except Closed and Completed.
  • Assigned User is empty – all records where the Assigned User field does not contain any value.
  • , which includes data from the ITSM Task table and its child tables.

    The list contains only uncompleted tasks assigned to the user's group, i.e., the State field is not Completed or Closed, and the Assignment Group field contains the ID of
