Add information about the marketing campaigns conducted on the external platforms for the attraction of the leads and track their progress. When you add leads and opportunities, you can connect them to the marketing campaigns.

Role required: crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_sales, crm_manager. Only crm_admin and crm_manager can edit the Owner field value.

To create a marketing campaign, complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Marketing campaigns.
  2. Click New and fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save or Save and exit to apply the changes.

The form contains the Activity Feed widget. Only users with the crm_marketeercrm_admincrm_salescrm_manager roles can leave comments there.

The following related lists are located under the form:

Navigate to CRM → Marketing → Marketing campaigns to see previously created marketing campaigns. Open a Marketing Campaign record to manage it. Click Activate / Deactivate to change the Active value for the campaign. Inactive marketing campaigns are hidden from the default list interface.
