SimpleOne provides various security tools for the platform. You can restrict access to specific parts of the instance with the Access Control Lists (ACLs), user criteria or roles.

ACL

Use the Access Control List (ACL) to protect specific tables so that only some users could read, update, and delete records.

User Criteria

Create user criteria to limit access to any objects based on information such as user roles, user groups, company, department, and location.

User Roles

SimpleOne has the “out-of-the-box” set of roles with defined ACLs. Roles control the access to the features and capabilities of the system: not all the users can create, read, update, and delete records and tables.
