You can add partner companies to the list in the agent interface to connect them to the leads, opportunities and contact of representatives from these companies. By default, only active companies are visible in the list interface.
Role required:crm_marketeer,crm_admin,crm_sales,crm_manager. Onlycrm_admin can edit existing partners.
To create a partner company, complete the steps below:
Navigate to CRM → Sales → Partners.
ClickNewand fill in the fields.
ClickSaveorSave and Exitto apply the changes.
