In SimpleOne, you can stylize your list view in different ways; for example, you can colorize the states of Incidents to make them more visual and attractive. For this, you need to create a rule style for every Incident state, that puts it into a color mold.
To create a rule style, please complete the steps below:
- Navigate to {your_instance_url}/list/sys_style_rule_column
- Click New, fill in the fields and click Save.

Color | Label color (for example, state mold color for ITSM objects). Available choice options:

Image | Upload an image that will be used as a favicon. Generally, favicons can be chosen from the image library. |
Created by | Reference to the user who has created the record. |
Updated by | Reference to the user who has updated the record. |
Condition | Create a filter to meet before applying a rule style. Use the Condition Builder to build a filter that fits your needs. You can create complex AND and OR filters, more than one in one condition. |
Column | Select a column to apply a rule style. This field is depending on the Table field, so choose the table firstly; otherwise, you'll not be able to select a column. |
