Scheduled import

Scheduled import allows specifying that import operation should occur at some regular interval.

Role required: import_admin, admin.

To schedule an import, please complete the steps below:

Schedule import form fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
Name	Y	Name of the data import created.
Import Source	Y	Use the Import Source dictionary to specify the import source record.
Run as User	Y	Name of a user whose prerequisites the import job should use.
Active	N	Select this checkbox to activate this data import.
Run Type	Y	Specify the import frequency and periodicity. Available choice options: On-Demand - by selecting this option, you can perform the data import on demand. Periodically - select this option to schedule the import periodicity within a day (precisely). Once – select this option to schedule the import being occurred only once. Weekly – select this option to schedule the weekly import. Monthly – select this option to schedule the monthly import. Daily – select this option to schedule the daily import.
Run period	N	Period for the import repeating. This field appears if you set Periodically in the Run type field.
Run Time	N	Time on which to run the import. This field appears if you set Daily in the Run type field.
Run Start at	N	Time on which to run the import. This field appears if you set Once or Periodically in the Run type field.
Run Day of Week	N	Day on which to run the import. This field appears if you set Weekly in the Run type field.
Run Day of Month	N	Day on which to run the import. This field appears if you set Monthly in the Run type field.
