To create a workflow, please complete the steps below:
- Navigate to Workflow → Workflow Editor;
- Click New.
- Fill in the form fields and click Create.
- Select Properties in workflow properties.
Fill in the fields of the new workflow properties table appeared at the right.
Field | Description |

Name | New workflow name. |
Active | Select this checkbox to make this workflow active or inactive. |
Description | A brief process description. |
Table | Choose the table to apply the newly created workflow. |
Condition type | Specify a condition type for this workflow. Available choice options:

Condition | Specify a trigger condition for this workflow. Use the Condition Builder to build complex AND/OR filters. |
After you are done, click Save.
