In SimpleOne, you can stylize your list view in different ways; for example, you can colourize the states of Incidents to make them more visual and attractive. For this, you need to create a rule style for every Incident state, that puts it into a colour mold.

Role required: admin.

To create a rule style, please complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to UI Customization → Column Style Rules;
  2. Click New, fill in the fields and click Save.

TableChoose the target table to apply a rule style.
LabelSelect this checkbox to display personalized labels on objects.
Color

Label color (for example, state mold color for ITSM objects). Available choice options:

  • Aqua;
  • Blue;
  • Dark;
  • Green;
  • Grey;
  • Orange;
  • Purple;
  • Red;
  • Yellow.
IconSelect this checkbox if you want to use a personalized object favicon.
ImageUpload an image that will be used as a favicon. Generally, favicons can be chosen from the image library.
Created byReference to the user who has created the record.
Updated byReference to the user who has updated the record.
ConditionCreate a filter to meet before applying a rule style. Use the Condition Builder to build a filter that fits your needs. You can create complex AND and OR filters, more than one in one condition.
ColumnSelect a column to apply a rule style. This field is depending on the Table field, so choose the table firstly; otherwise, you'll not be able to select a column.
