Create a list report


Use Report Designer to create, configure, and style list reports.

Panel
titleTo create a bar report, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Reports → Create a ReportNew.
  2. On the the Data tab tab, fill in the mandatory fields: 
    • Report name - Name – enter the desired name;.
    • Table – select Table - select the table you want to use as a source.
  3. Click Next or the Type tab to continue.
  4. On the Type tab, click the List icon of the Other category:

  5. Click NextNext or the Configure tab.
  6. Fill in the mandatory fields and configure the data, then click Refresh to generate a report.

    Note

    The Report Designer can stop the report generating if there is a large amount of data to display. Use the Condition Builder to limit the data sampling or try another type of report.


  7. Customize the style of the report created, and click Refresh.
  8. Click Click Save.

To open the saved report, navigate to the Reports → All reports menu and Reports and select one from the list.

In the Configure tab, use settings to specify the source datasets to build the desired report.

To configure a report, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Configure tab, specify the report dataset.
  2. Click Refresh to build the report.
  3. Click Save to save the report.
