SimpleOne stores data as a collection of tables and records.
A record is basically a container of information from table columns. In the list view, it is displayed as a row. In the form view, it is displayed as a form with fields that contain values.
For example, a record in the User (user) table is displayed like this:

Record form
In SimpleOne, a record form consists of the following parts:
- Header area – contains a name of the table, the hamburger menu
, and UI actions.
- Main area – contains a record title and record fields.
- Related Links area – contains UI actions of the link type.
- Related Lists area – contains lists of records from tables connected with the current one.

Sections arrange fields on the form view by dividing them into tabs.

Activity Feed
Activity Feed allows you to track record changes and communicate with people involved by leaving Additional Comments.
There is a relevant input field for your comments. You can send your comments using the CTRL + ENTER keyboard shortcut or clicking on the plane icon Image Added.

Besides that, the Activity Feed displays history of field changes. It displays information about those fields, the value of which have been changed. Previous values are in gray color. The new values are black.
By clicking on the tabs under the input field, you can filter out the displayed information:
- All – displays all field changes and all comments left to this record.
- History – filters out only record field changes.
- Additional Comments – filters out only additional comments left to this record.

In SimpleOne, lists and forms have a number of UI actions displayed as buttons, links, and context menu items.
