An indication is recalculated only when two conditions are met:

1. new_indication.duration < old_indication.duration
2. The old indication was not breached.

If any of these conditions were not met, then indication recalculation is not used, and the new indication start time is the same that of the cancelled canceled one (new_indication.started_at = old_indication.started_at)
