1. Navigate to the Service Portfolio → Service Pipeline or CMDB → Services menu.
2. Click New to open the form.
3. Fill in the form fields.
4. Click Save or Save and Exit to apply the changes.

Set a Service to Active state

To make your service visible to end-users, set its State state to Active:

1. Navigate to the Service Portfolio → Service Pipeline menu.
2. Enter the service form.
3. Select the Active option in the State field.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
