The SimpleOne Knowledge Base is a self-serve online library containing information about the company's products and services.
Generally, the Knowledge Base page consists of the following elements:
- Breadcrumbs – allow you to navigate within the portal page structure.
- Side menu – displays all categories of the Knowledge Base.
- Main area – displays chosen category articles.
To go to the article you need, select the applicable card.
