SimpleOne provides various tools for securing the platform. You can restrict access to specific parts of the instance with the Access Control Lists (ACLs), User Criteria, and monitor operations and processes in logs.
The system stores the logs of such events as creating, editing, impersonation sessions, import, authorizations, errors, exceptions, executed scripts, etc. Learn more about logging in this article.
Use the Access Control List (ACL) to protect specific tables so that only some users could read, update, and delete records. SimpleOne has the out-of-the-box set of roles with defined ACLs.
Create user criteria to limit access to any objects based on such information as user role, user group, company, department, location, etc.
