You can schedule a script execution to perform them on a regular basis with a specified periodicity. 

To create a scheduled script job, please complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to System Scheduler → Schedule Script.
  2. Click New and fill in the form.
  3. Click Save or Save and Exit to apply changes.

Schedule script form fields

Run as userYSelect a user to run the script execution. 
ActiveNSelect this checkbox to make the job active or inactive.
JobSpecify a job to execute.

Run typeY

Available options:

  • On-Demand
  • Periodically
  • Once
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
Run periodY

This field appears when the Periodically option is selected in the Run type field.

Customize the period (days, hours, minutes, or seconds) in a preferred combination using the input fields 

Run start atY

This field appears when Periodically, Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly options are selected in the Run type field.

Specify the date and time of the job execution.

You can set the current date and time by clicking Now in the date-picker.

Run Day of WeekY

This field appears when the Weekly option is selected in the Run type field.

Specify a day of the week on which the job should run. For example, select Friday.

Run Day of MonthY

This field appears when the Monthly option is selected in the Run type field.

Specify a day of the month on which the job should run. For example, select 13 for the 13th day of the month.
