Service Management (ITSM)

SimpleOne Service Management solution, presented in the system with the 'ITSM' application, provides means of automation of routine processes aimed at delivering services flawlessly and in the most efficient way. It introduces and lets you operate entities like inquiries, incidents, change requests, service requests, knowledge items, and more of the kind. Workflows built around them help the personnel involved to line up and straighten services, business processes, knowledge bases and manage them efficiently.



Platform

SimpleOne platform provides a foundation for building all the SimpleOne applications. It handles the ways in which the application data is stored, organized, accessed, processed, and can be presented to end users. It also allows for system configuration and fine-tuning, as well as automation and extension of the functionality available to application users. In other words, the platform is where the uniform environment is formed for all the user-facing SimpleOne applications to use in common. The 'Simple' application comes with the system to provide for interaction between the platform and the technical specialists who maintain SimpleOne.



In terms of SimpleOne, the personnel who use our solutions to facilitate and enhance their day-to-day work processes have the User role.  

The basic information about SimpleOne is provided in the articles for Users. This section of the documentation library helps Users understand the work environment and procedures available in SimpleOne, and apply its power to the tasks its Users routinely work on.



Technical specialists who configure SimpleOne and control its operation have the Administrator role (or just Admin).

The Admin section in the documentation library provides guidance on how to configure SimpleOne in line with the organization structure, business processes, information flows and work procedures in the specific Company, how to avoid or troubleshoot problems Users may face when they use SimpleOne.



Technical specialists who fine-tune, automate SimpleOne and deep-dive under its hood to enhance and extend its operation have the Developer role.

A special section in the documentation library provides technical insight for Developers into things like table structure, system properties, integration capabilities, API and scripting, and more.
