System Properties

System properties store configurations that generally rarely change. Some of them are not visible in the system by default and must be added manually.

If any feature requires adding a property, create it via the appropriate interface described below.

Add a system property

Role required: admin.

To add a system property, complete the steps below:

Navigate to System Properties → All Properties.
Click New and fill in the fields.
Click Save or Save and Exit to apply the changes.

System Property form fields

Field	Mandatory	Description
Name	Y	Specify the property name.
Value	N	Set the required property value.
Description	N	Add a short description of the property functions.
Property Category	N	Specify a category that groups the set of properties (for example, the email properties).
Created by	Y	The user who initiated this record creation. This field is populated automatically.
