Exporting a local pack Anchorexport a local packexport a local pack

After you completed collecting record versionsAfter all the necessary record versions are added to the local pack, you need to export complete it. Then you can export the changes for further import to other instances. For thisTo do so, please complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Configuration → Local Packs.
  2. Find the local pack to export. You can use list search boxes or the Condition Buildercondition builder.
  3. Open the desired necessary local pack.
  4. Change the state value to Completed.

    The local pack in the Admin Preferences menu will change to the default pack.


  5. Export the local pack as a . A SOP file will be downloaded to your computer:
    • at the top of the form, click Export Local Packlocal pack.
      OR
    • in the hamburger menu , select Export → As a New Application→ As a new application

Use this the second option cautiously. In case the carefully. If a local pack contains records updated by vendor records, it collisions may cause collisions occur while updating the system.

We recommend using the Export Local Pack optionUse the Export local pack option instead.

  • Datetime The date and time format is YYYY-MM-DD.
  • The timestamp indicates the datetime date and time when the local pack state was transferred set to the Complete state Completed.
  • The time is displayed according to the locale of the user who exported the file. That is, if the local pack was transferred moved to the Complete Completed state at 12:00:00 UTC, then for a user from UTC+3 the file will have the timestamp of 15:00:00 timestamp.
  • If the a local pack name contains the symbols listed below, they will be replaced by the underscore with an underscore symbol ( _ ):
