In SimpleOne, you can implement updates and transfer applications

between the instances using the configuration packs

in the SOP file format.

When importing a

local pack,

the following elements are used:

• Retrieved Pack

•  – an unpacked SOP file that you use to upload to an instance from another source. The file contains all necessary records for implementing a configuration pack.

• Import the configuration pack from a retrieved pack record.
• VCS Retrieved Record –

•  a record that appears as a result of the unpacking of a SOP file. Retrieved records are temporary records equal to

• the VCS records

•  from the uploaded configuration pack. Once the import

• is completed, these records are deleted.
• VCS Preview Log

•  – a record that contains the information about the implementation results before importing the configuration pack into the instance.

• The record can also contain a warning message about possible collisions and information about fixing them.
