Use the export features to share your reports. You can print reports , or download them on your devices and export to an extern service.

Printing a chart

To print your a report, follow perform the following steps below:

1. Enter the hamburger menu on the top right of your Report view;
2. Select the Print chart option;
3. In a window appeared, customize the printing settings;
4. Press Print.

Download a Report

Download as an image

You can download your report as an image of different formats (PNG image, JPEG image, PDF document, SVG vector image).

To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the hamburger menu on the top right of your Report view;
2. Select the option you need:
   • Download PNG image;
   • Download JPEG image;
   • Download PDF document;
   • Download SVG vector image.

Download as a data table

You can download your report as a data table of the CSV and XLS format.

To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Enter the hamburger menu on the top right of your Report view;
2. Select the option you need:
   • Download CSV;
   • Download XLS.

Open in Highcharts Cloud

You can export a report in a side service, such as Highcharts Cloud. It also allows exporting reports as images and documents.

To export a report in Highcharts Cloud, follow the steps below:

:

1. Navigate to Reports → All Reports.
2. Find the report you need to export by using filters or search boxes and open the record.
3. Click the View Report button.
4. Click the hamburger menu and select the Print option.
5. In the window appeared, configure the printing settings.
6. Click Print
7. Enter the hamburger menu on the top right of your Report view;
8. Select the Open in Highcharts Cloud option;
9. Continue your work in Highcharts Cloud in browser tab open.
