You can add partner companies to the list in the agent interface to connect them to the leads, opportunities and contacts of representatives from these companies. By default, only active partners are visible in the list interface.
Role required: crm_marketeer, crm_admin, crm_sales, crm_manager. Only crm_admin can edit existing partners. |
To create a partner company, complete the steps below:
