There are two types of objects in our system: tables and columns. Tables consist of columns. Both of these objects can be created via the agent interface.

A column can be created in two ways:

• Via the table updating form
• Adding the record to the All Columns table.

Option 1:

1. Navigate to System Definition → All Tables.
2. Choose a table to add a column to.
3. Click New in the Column tab in the Related Lists area.
4. Fill in the form.
5. Click Save or Save and Exit to apply changes.

Option 2:

1. Navigate to System Definition → All Columns.
2. Click New and fill in the form.
3. Click Save or Save and Exit to apply changes.
